Terms of Service

These terms set out the agreement between GCSE & A-Level Tutoring by Dina ("we", "us", operated by Dina Daniel) and parents or students who book lessons.

Lessons

• Lessons are delivered live and online to students anywhere in the UK.
• Small groups have a maximum of 8 students. One-to-one lessons are by arrangement.
• Lessons are matched to the student's exam board (AQA, OCR or Edexcel) and tier.

Fees and plans

• Current prices are shown on our pricing page.
• Plans are billed monthly. There is no contract and no notice period — you can cancel anytime.
• The free assessment and free trial lesson carry no obligation to book paid lessons.

What's included

• Weekly homework marked with written feedback returned within 7 days.
• Timed past-paper practice and monthly mock exams.
• Parent progress notes.

Cancellations and missed lessons

Please give as much notice as possible if a lesson cannot be attended. Group lessons missed without notice are not refundable. One-to-one lessons cancelled with reasonable notice can be rearranged.

Conduct

We ask students to treat Dina and other group members with respect. Disruptive behaviour may lead to a student being removed from a group, with any unused fees refunded.

Recordings

Lessons may be recorded only with parent permission, for the student's revision. We do not share recordings outside the lesson group.
